For inspiration, we show a few basic and commonly available fruits, which are suitable for drying to tea blends, and some of their positive effects on our body:

Apple peel or dried pulp of apples are one of the most common ingredients of fruit teas. Dried apple tea adds a nice sweet taste and smell. Apple peel contains vitamin C, iron, magnesium, calcium and potassium, apple pulp contains pectin. These and other substances represented in the Apple strengthens our immune system, heart and blood vessels, cleans our body and are effective in treating joint diseases.
Blueberries not only taste very pleasant. They have a very beneficial effect on the digestive tract, especially its effect in combating diarrhea and intestinal colic. Substances in blueberries also strengthen our blood vessels and have a beneficial effect on blood circulation.
Cranberries, like blueberries, help heal digestive tract catarrh, especially diarrheal diseases, and have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.
